Exchanges

If your toy has an issue or simply wasn’t what you expected, you can exchange it within 7 days of purchase.

Just make sure the toy is:

• In its original condition.
• Complete with all accessories.
• In its original box and packaging.

لو اللعبة فيها مشكلة أو طلعت مش زي ما توقعت، تقدر تستبدلها بكل سهولة خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الشراء.

كل اللي محتاجينه إن اللعبة تكون:

• بحالتها الأصلية.
• معاها كل الملحقات.
• في الكرتونة والتغليف الأصلي.

Returns

Changed your mind? No problem.
You can return your toy and receive a refund within 7 days of purchase.

The toy must be in its original condition and include all accessories and original packaging.

Once your return is approved, your refund will be sent via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.

تقدر ترجع اللعبة وتسترد فلوسك خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الشراء.

بس لازم تكون اللعبة بحالتها الأصلية، ومعاها كل الملحقات والكرتونة الأصلية.

بعد قبول طلب الاسترجاع، هنرجعلك المبلغ عن طريق

InstaPay أو Vodafone Cash.
